Bulk update tickets, articles and all the things!

At the moment we are unable to select more than 30 tickets, articles, users or whatever to update them.
There should be the possibility to really select ALL tickets or articles in a view or list and perform actions on them as deleting, updating and so on.
Otherwise we need to dive into APIs and this sets a lot of extra work for us, as admin users can not take care of their changes themselves.
