Since EAP (rich text editor) is applied, there is an issue that our agents report.

The problem only happens when you have written part of the text, then change to another ticket, maybe getting another incoming call. Then if you want to come back and continue writing the original report from the Plus email button next to Side conversations, then the text remains there but the pasted picture disappears. Also the original format like new paragraph spacing has collapsed too.

Would you please advise how to fix this bug?

We have special picture (our Logo) to paste on side conversation and it is troublesome that it disappear unless you can finish writing and send it at one-go.
