Hi there, 

I want to see if there's a way to download all the categories that we have for our Zendesk tickets into one .csv file? I saw that there's a similar way to do this via an API, but was wondering if there was an easier way? 

To be clear, this is categories for Zendesk Support tickets, not Zendesk Guide.
