Can I use Answer bot across multiple brands?

Is it possible to use the Answer bot across multiple brands? It seems via the Channels option you and differentiate bot usage.

Hi Charlene, 

If you are pertaining to the Flow Builder, no, it's not possible to associate it with different brands. What you can do is just clone the bot then designate it to each of your brands.

Since we have separated the brands of our support site by product, we are having trouble with the bot being able to search and suggest articles across the brand.

The Answer bot will be displayed on our product screens. 

We want to display the Answer bot on our product screen, so we need the Answer bot to be able to find and suggest appropriate articles from multiple brands.

 

Will the Answerbot be able to search and suggest articles from multiple brands in the future?
