Zendesk Support Attachment API

I am working on Zendesk Support Upload Files API,
I am able to upload mp3 file using this API, the problem is uploaded file is not playable, on clicking the file it gets downloaded from the browser.
is there a way to be able to play that mp3 file on Zendesk dashboard?

Have you looked into Adding voice comments to tickets?
the voice comment includes controls to play or stop the voice recording

I'd start by checking the following:
- On the voice comment object, were the numbers you've added to "from" and "to" in E164 format?
- Were those numbers associated with existing Users?
- If so, are those added as Direct Lines for the respective users?
I haven't confirmed, though it may also be related to what's on this article.
Note: When calls come in from a digital line, the requester is currently always added as Caller Unknown. For more information about digital lines, see Understanding Talk Embedded voice.
