Banner notification at top of Agent Workspace

It would be grate if admins could add a banner at the top the page when we need to notify agents of something, I know there is the notification app but a hard coded banner would be much better in my eyes.

Hey Ashley,
That is a great suggestion, and well we don't specifically have an option for a full banner, it would be possible to accomplish such alerts using webhooks.
That would allow a growler notification to appear and alert agents, of course as you mentioned there are other integrations that produce alerts as well.
This is something that we will log as feedback and consider for future development.
