I am experimenting with ChatGPT plus for creating summaries of articles and finding answers in our knowledge base (Zendesk Guide). For every search I do (or prompt to summarize an article) I get the response that ChatGPT is currently unable to access the URL (i.e. https://servicemedia.cb.nl/hc/nl/articles/11755251160593-Aan-de-slag-met-Printing-on-demand). If I try this with other websites, it works just fine.
I have no 'no robots' mentioning added in our theme, so that can't be it. Is this is a known issue? Are there maybe other Zendesk users with Chat GPT Plus that have the same issue?
