Is there a way to format text responses in chat triggers? i.e. I would like to have a bulleted list. I've tried to add \n within the JSON but it doesn't seem to save it.

Hi Tracy,
Unfortunately, rich text formatting is not supported for Chat triggers and there are no plans to support this in the near-term. However, it's on the team's radar to support this on Messaging. We don't have timelines for when we will be supporting this just yet, please do stay tuned!
