Product Feedback: Shortcuts export/import

Hello,

We have noticed that currently there is no option in Zendesk where you can export/import personal or global shortcuts.

If possible, we would like to see such a feature added as it will be easier to audit, edit and change them in bulk in order to meet business standards in a timely manner and provide a better customer/agent experience. For example, a simple CSV or Excel file will suffice.

In addition, at the moment we have several Zendesk instances and more on the way, so the import feature will help save us a lot of time when setting them up.
