We're excited to announce that, in response to your feature requests and suggestions, Zendesk will be augmenting the views experience on September 29, 2023.

Key Changes:

• The Views panel will now automatically display 30 shared and 10 personal views, addressing concerns that the current limit of 12 shared and 8 personal views is too restrictive.
• A new section will be added for quick access to Suspended, Deleted, and Manage Views.
• For admins on Enterprise plans, we're introducing two new permissions: "Reduce view count" and "Access view filtering" to offer more control over the views panel.

This change is aimed at enhancing usability and granting admins more control over the agent experience. Your workflows will be more streamlined thanks to these improvements.

What You Need to Do:

There's no action required from your end, the views experience will be updated automatically on the specified date. For those on Enterprise plans, the new permissions can be added to custom roles for added control over agent access to views and views filtering.
