    This is happening in tickets, we get a pop-up "Failed to enhance writing. Give a moment and try again."  It has been ~2 hours since started happening.

    Hi Gwendolyn Lee thank you for your report. The root cause for this problem is that OpenAI, our partner providing the technology for Summarize, Expand and Tone shift has an outage. 

    They identified the reason of this outage and are working on fixing it. You can track their progress here: https://status.openai.com, and once they fix this these features will start working again. I'm sorry that it's happening!
