10+ year client! Our support pages are down, the renewals team couldn't care less!

I'm hoping this post gets to you as it appears you may be the last human at Zendesk that is trying to help customers!!!  Thanks in advance.

I have multiple emails and tickets (12277921 and 12195678) outstanding with regard to our renewal. We have been approved for a downgrade in seats, but it's not reflected in our admin portal. Because of this, I cannot update payment and this is causing all of our support pages to be down affecting our customers experience.  Please help!

Hey Brenda A. thanks for tagging me in this post! I was able to take a look at the tickets you referenced and from what I can tell it looks like we were able to reactivate your account. Can you confirm it's back up and running? I also reached out to our Renewals team who is working on your downgrade request to see if we can expedite this. 

I'll keep you posted as I hear more on my end and apologies for the inconvenience here :(
