Macros Bolding First Line, Even if Bolding is Removed

Hi there! 

There is a bug for Macros where it keeps bolding the greeting, even if I remove the bolding and save it. Can you please look into fixing this?

    Hi Lesley, 

    This particular issue tends to happen if the macro was copied and pasted from another source. When doing this some of the previous formatting from the original source can cause issues in the display of the macro.
    In those cases we do recommend that you strip all formatting from the text by copying your text to a basic text editor app like "TextEdit" on Mac or "Notepad" app on PC then removing and resaving all but one letter in the macro to reset and strip previous formats.
    After the macro is empty and resaved, paste the text back in from the basic text editor, saved the macro to include the original text.
    You should see the bold issue resolve after performing these steps.
