Disable auto-tagging based on the fields created

I have field created and I don't want those filed values to be added in the tag. Ticket auto-tagging option is already disabled. If I still need to add some tags, I can create trigger or add them manually.
Is there anyway I can achieve this? 

Use case: We will have certain tags to add based on the ticket and customer history and these tag values which are already there as fields are of no use for us. For reporting also we use the fields better than the tags.
