Alert Banners for Specific Tickets and Specific Accounts

We are looking for a way to create an Alert Banner when an agent opens a ticket to action where if that account has specific conditions, there's a notification or alert of some sort in front of the agent.  Has anyone been able to do something like this?

Hi Heather Eeles !

 

I would recommend checking into Tag Instructor - if a profile/org/ticket has a certain tag on it, it can do a heads-up display. Hope this helps!

I think this is great feature to have and would likely need to be handled with a custom application. 

 

I have looked into a product called OpenMethod that could handle it, and many more UI based use cases.
