Zendesk - Product Speed is Horrible and Chat user experience is Abyssmal/Poor

Hi,

 

We have been using your product and the messenger speed is horrible.  Users and Operators can't wait 5-10 seconds for each message to display.

Chat is a “real time” experience, or it should be.  Zendesk has the performance of a snail.

Turn up your servers and stop being cheap on latency.
