[Feature Request Automated Conversations] download unresolved Bot Conversation Transcripts

We would like to increase the number of automated solutions by effectively addressing the unresolved conversations. 

 

First step would be a possibility to download the already visible data of the unsolved conversations (date, customer-bot interaction, IDs) for a specific time frame. 

 

Now, we have to klick on every conversation within Zendesk, scroll through the whole conversation within Zendesk, dont´s have the chance to mark things for later, don´t have a “mark as checked” option so we have to write down, which answers have been checked and not everyone has the access to this part of Zendesk.

 

This happens on a daily basis.

 

Later in development, an integrated process for the handling of the unsolved conversations would be appreciated, but I figure, ZD is already into that.
