Guide Sandbox

It would be incredibly useful to be able to create a sandbox/dev environment for the guide so changes didn't have to made/tested on the prod environment. This was frankly a feature that I would expect to be basic for a system this large and powerful. 

For a large company such as ourselves it is practically game over if we push a chunk of incorrect/incomplete data to the prod environment which means we effectively have to work in a separate application then come back to Zendesk once the content is ready to be deployed publicly.
