Can you fix my faceit ticket problem

I can't open a Faceit ticket, I can't log in, I don't use VPN. Is there any way to fix this error? I can't open a ticket
 
There was no problem 2 weeks ago, but I encountered this error on my last try.
 
Can you please resolve this issue if there is something the admin needs to do? I need administrators and I can reach them more easily through tickets
 
Cannot sign in suspended user #8496579424156
 
When I want to open a ticket it keeps giving me the same error.
