Side Conversation Send Button

Hi all,

 

I don't know if this has been brought up already so I'll create a new post. 

 

We've been having some issues since the updated position of the side conversations in Zendesk. Since the Send button isn't required and isn't always visible, our agents sometimes forget to send the side conversation when they are handling a ticket. 

 

Is there a possibility to force the visibility of the send button or make it mandatory when a side conversation is created? Or can we a create a trigger or automation that notifies the agent when they have created a side conversation but forgot to send it?

100% agree, we have had a few SLA breeches because of this oversight.
