Zendesk actions in auto assist more flexible

It would be great if Auto Assist could call API endpoints to retrieve data for generating responses to end-users.

A potential use case: An end-user request an invoice and provides their VAT number. Auto Assist would then call the relevant API with the provided parameter and return the URL to the document.
