Comment mettre en place un blocage/avertissement lors de la mise en attente d'un ticket selon certaines conditions ?

Bonjour,

 

Dans mon formulaire j'ai un champ de type liste déroulante avec plusieurs choix et je voudrais qu'un avertissement s'affiche et empêche l'enregistrement du ticket si l'agent essaye de valider ce ticket avec le statut en attente mais uniquement quand certains choix de ce champ sont sélectionnés.
