Bonjour Nico,
Si votre macro n'apparait pas dans les macros disponibles quand vous êtes sur un ticket je vous conseille de vérifier qu'elle est bien active. Vous pouvez aller dans Admin > Gestion > Macros. Veuillez alors vérifier dans la partie 'Inactives' de vos macros partagées/macros personnelles (selon ce que vous avez crée).
Si elle est inactive vous pouvez alors l'activer et elle apparaitra dans la liste des macros sur votre ticket une fois que vous rafraichissez la page.

It seems that you have tried to do a change in the CSAT automation that would allow for the automation to run multiple times per ticket.
To assist you with that I have opened a ticket for you with our Support team. You should receive an email shortly to regarding this ticket.
