Is anybody using a storage software for Outlook emails and attachments that provides a Zendesk App to search for those files?
We are helping a customer migrate from Outlook to Zendesk and since they cannot search for attachments in Zendesk, an alternative like the previously described would be useful. I am not sure that Dropbox and do that:

Hello, is there any chance that the attachment search capabilities (PDF, Excel, Word, txt, etc.) are included in the 2024 roadmap?
Are you aware of any alternative in the marketplace? Robert Cwicinski, your app is interesting but would be nice if it would also support other file formats.

We would like to be able to see additional comments that are done to previous comments in the mobile app. On the web browser it works well:
But it is not the case in the mobile app:
Certain customers of us work a lot in the mobile app and this is a constraint for certain tickets because they cannot continue with the ticket resolution from them when the end users make updates on previous comments.
There are no workarounds for this since, as commented, they use the mobile app every day and the only way to see those updates is on their web browsers.
Ideally, additional comments on previous comments should be visualised in the Zendesk Support Mobile App similarly to the first screenshot.

Hello,
Based on the needs when transitioning from Outlook to Zendesk, it would be great to search across Excel, Word, and PDFs.
Please let us know if there is any update on the roadmap for 2024 or there is any app in the marketplace or workaround that could fill that gap.
