Ideas on how to improve the Answerbot click-through rate

Hi,

We have been using Answerbot for about 4 months on tickets raised via email.  Our click-through rate is at 9.1%.  When reviewing the tickets, I can see that the customers are completely ignoring the suggestions, even when there are direct matches and solutions to their issue.

Does anyone have any advice or recommendations on how we can improve the click-through rate?

I need to show the Average ticket age with KB article linked V's the average ticket age without a KB article linked.
