Upvoting this as well. It’s hard to know it failed unless you’re actually in the webhooks screen refreshing. It is not feasible to check this on any cadence when you have 60+ webhooks like we do. I am sure there are customers with more.

It has become all the more important with the URL to webhooks migration.

Please provide this business critical feature to ensure the continued reliability of the support we provide our customers. Thanks.

投稿 Feedback - Admin Center

I’d love to have the Webhooks UI have the ability to group like the Triggers UI. With the recent URL to Webhooks migration, only being able to scroll 10 at a time with no grouping is getting messy.

In the Trigger UI, we can group by custom categories and scroll vertically. The descriptions are visible. They are easier to manage and audit.

In the Webhooks UI, we can only see 10 at a time and scroll horizontally. Unless the title is descriptive, we cannot infer what the endpoint even does to know if it's the one we need (or if it was the one on page 6 that we needed). It would be great to see the descriptions and be able to use the full vertical scrolling space.

Thanks!

コメントEnd-user guide for Help Center

Will this ever show in the agent view under Security Settings for end user profiles? I was surprised I could see whether 2FA was on for my agents/admins but not for customers running into issues. We could easily end up in a loop of “you don't have it turned on” because the UI doesn't indicate it. Thanks!

コメントMeasuring success

We've found that people using Microsoft Anti-virus / mail servers traverse the links and send us false negatives or false positives depending on whether {{satisfaction.positive_rating_url}} or {{satisfaction.negative_rating_url}} is last. We have to use {{satisfaction.rating_url}} instead, but that's suboptimal because of the extra step.

Is there any way to adjust for this?
