I tried this.

It appears the accordion would show in the editor, but not in the final article page the user sees. Checking the page source, it really seemed Zendesk would completely strip the markup from the article - even though it is available in source code view in the editor.

Any ideas as to what I might be doing or getting wrong, anyone?

+1 for multi-level / nested topics.

Aside from that: reading that the Community is out of Zendesk's focus is actually pretty discouraging.

+1 for notifying end-users of content changes. We agree the editor should be able to set whether such notification is sent, on a per-article basis.
