Is there an app in the Marketplace that provides a hold timer that will work for Zendesk? My searches haven't found one and it seems to be something that should be fairly simple. Thank you!

Update requester
I'm trying to update the requester on open/on-hold/pending tickets for two of our customers via the API. I'm very new to doing this, though. Can that be done? Thanks!
