Bulk Upgrade/Downgrade Users

It would be great if the new Teams page in Admin Center would allow us to upgrade or downgrade agent licenses in bulk. We have a lot of temporary agents that come and go in large groups and it would be amazing if we could upgrade their access or downgrade to end-user as needed without having to deal with the API.

I agree with this. It'd be great to be able to see exactly what time agents log in every day so we can ensure obligations are being met.
