Upvote on above, we dont allow end-users to log in to our supportcenter. Really love the feature but for now its not of any use for us either :/

This is problematic for us who uses private groups, where some agents in other groups creates tickets and add their team members as CC to follow up on these tickets.

Hi!

In old interface it was possible to drag n drop images/files when creating a new ticket.

In agent workspace it doesnt work, it only works in allready created tickets.

Alot of times we have a phonecall with the customer and needs to send them a file through email, and it takes alot of time to click the button and then identify the file and send it instead of just drag n drop.

Just upgraded to Agent Workspace and got some things that i dont like, that i would love to see got changed.

When i transfer the ticket to another group i have to search for the group, press the group and then again press assign to the group. This means two clicks instead of just one.

 

Which takes alot of time from the agents.
