To me it sounds like the most basic functionality to be able to see an overview of the full agents on my account - I don't care about Light Agents.

I have been looking for it but still have trouble finding this seemingly basic information? I must be looking in the wrong place.

The tag solution proposed above is quite terrible from a user experience perspective...
