After conditional fields on a form are created/applied, and you visit the Conditions page to review/audit/update, both the field with the applied conditions and the fields that will show under the condition are not set in any logical order from what I can tell. Definitely not alphabetical, and not in the order in which they are added or where they appear on the form (tested and confirmed).

I would like the order of the fields to be in alphabetical order, which would make it easier to review and compare. This is especially helpful when the same set of fields appear under multiple choices/conditions, or when duplicating a condition between Sandbox and Production.

Hi Fayyaz,

We had this same problem too. However, you can use your custom field and have it filled out automatically by configuring the Field Sync on the JIRA side of the integration. Sync the Issue ID to your custom text field, and once an issue is created/linked the field will populate on its own.

Still would prefer to have something out of the box, but this at least eliminates any manual input.

Ana Huie I agree that it would be far more convenient to group by the label name instead of tag value.

Tag values at our company are coded specifically for reporting purposes and often have a format that doesn't follow the naming convention of the label. Using the label is far more practical because that is what agents see when browsing tickets in views.
