It is crazy to me that you have locked down the filtering of this dataset by at the very least Organizations, but ideally anything more than what is allowed right now. By not allowing this, this dataset is completely useless to me.

Another vote for this functionality. I would think that this would benefit a large number of your customers, they just don't know this thread exists to add their voice to the conversation.

I really hope the Product team reconsiders.

why won't the drill in work? I have in enabled at the dashboard tab level. I have the attributes set. But when I hover it says: Excluded from Drillthrough, Focus All, and Focus all other?

Is there any updates on this request? Using the tags is not an option for us as the lists are just too long and as mentioned by many including Zendesk, it is a very cumbersome way to do it. I have been a Zendesk customer for a very long time with different companies and I have to say it is things like this that start to make it harder and harder to recommend Zendesk as the system of choice. These seem like they should be easy "low hanging fruit" solutions that would go a long way to help admins support customers and internal staff.

Please make this a priority to update. Your community wants it.

投稿 Q&A - Users, groups, and organizations

Hello,

I am hoping there is someone in the community that can help us solve a problem. We work with 3rd part contractors that do product installations for us. Once they are done with the installation, there are some questions we need them to answer to tell us how the installation went and if there were any issues and if there are any further actions needed. Additionally, they send us pictures to document the installation and those need to be saved to the original email.

Has anyone had a similar setup and been able to automate the check out process in anyway? 

I welcome all suggestions on how to make this much less time consuming.
