So is the expected flow to search zendesk using zendesk credentails for a user with a matching external ID, if they do not exist, create one. Then switch to sunco credentials and then create the interaction? 

If so, that means we have to created 2 sets of credentials for partners (Zendesk and Sunco) or will the sunco creds work for zendesk APIs? 

Also, for an integrated system, why is this not happening on the backend especially since we are providing both the email and the name.
