ShoeLaLa is a shoe company that sells more than 5,000 models of shoes across multiple categories, such as running shoes, lifestyle shoes, boots, and sandals.
If we have a product catalog custom object and we have another custom object for records of what products that customer has purchased(with lookups fields back to the product catalog custom object and organizations), can we have the customer select from the products they have purchased instead of the entire product catalog custom object?
If so, how do you restrict in the form to only those products belonging to that organization(we have a organization lookup field in the purchased record)?

After configuring my custom object card, which view(ticket/user/organization/custom object/etc) displays the card?
In this article - Announcing configurable custom objects cards
it says “Custom objects cards appear in the record preview panel in the Agent Workspace.”
So if I create an custom object called “Organization Aliases” that has a 1 to many relationship from organization to the object records(organization lookup in the object record). Where should the card for this custom object show up?
I'm just hoping that custom object cards are not limited to an 1 to 1 relationships(lookup field has to exist in the ticket record) and only in tickets.

I wish I could up vote Fergal Collins post above more than just once.
It seems to be a common theme with Zendesk, is that they paint themselves into a corner with their data model.
Even if it needs to stay in the Explore as Metrics, then I would think an option in the metric to just display the value would work but I'm sure if it was that easy they would have done it.

On the agent dashboard --> Customers ... any customer who has had their account suspended shows "Suspended" beside the customer name.
I was wondering if the same thing could be applied at the "Organization" view of the "Customers" list?
