I would like 'Add to conversation' to be located at the top of the conversation in the public facing page. So then as soon as you have navigated to the page you can add a reply without fussing around and scrolling to the bottom.

We have changed the sort order so the most recent part of the conversation is on top (this is more convenient). So then it flows better if you have the 'Add to conversation' on the top too. Otherwise it does not flow as well and you then have to scroll to the bottom to add anything. The more scrolling you have to do, the less included users will be to use it.
