I would also advocate for this feature. We use it for screenshots of reporting that cannot be created in Zendesk (like CPMU calculations based on complaints in ZD vs units sold). We also use photos of product defects in our monthly dashboards. There is no workaround in the new dashboard builder and this is not data that can be well represented by text.
