It would be extremely useful if we could also set the child ticket parameters from a macro. Referring to the child ticket fields options when manually creating a side convo child ticket.

Lawrence,
I have been playing around with this myself recently. I discovered that the agents need to update the ticket so it saves the fields before hitting send on the side convo. If you update the ticket first, the fields and form will transfer to the child ticket.
