The "enforced" usage of Google Translate turns the Agent Workspce into a no-go for us at the moment for legal reason. Please, consider to implement a configuration option to disable this feature.

As a workaround one may just select all  relevant roles, like "Admin", "Agent" ..and whatever role requesting a licence you got. Still it's not quite convenient if you would need it more often. Perhaps an "own filter"/"stored pre-select" option would do the trick ?

Thanks Tom Dupuche for the confirmation, still "future plans" reduces the excitement a bit. Having the "role" in sight is crucial for managing our customer base, as we use larger numbers of standard and light agents in the system.
Hence a huge "thumbs up" for adding a role column with order-by capabilities !
