I have an issue that I haven't seen mentioned here yet. I have tickets that were closed via trigger, and thus some of the required fields on the form were never filled out.

I've updated the trigger to now add a tag to this category of tickets so that I can easily exclude them from Explore reporting. I'm now going back to add the tag to the prior tickets, but unable to edit because the required fields are empty. In this case being able to edit tags on closed tickets is useless to me without the ability to edit fields as well.

コメントEnd users and organizations

Hello, I received the notice that bulk deleting end users is moving to agent workspace. Currently in admin, I can filter by only suspended users, but I don't see that option in the screenshot above. Will that be available?

Any update on when this will be available? We're getting a forced update to messaging in 4 days. I learned that our old web widget (classic) will no longer work. The new messaging web widget has completely different functionality so I'm trying to set it up in sandbox before we get switched to messaging. But like others have stated, I can't test in sandbox because there's no active help center.

Why does simply changing the order of triggers or automations cause the last updated date of the trigger or automation to change? This is misleading because now it looks like I just updated all of my automations even though I didn't change any of the conditions or actions. 

I see there's a revision history for triggers but I don't see the same for automations. Even with the revision history, though, the updated date shouldn't change.

Why doesn't Automations have the same UI as Triggers? Examples:

-Triggers let's you show and hide columns. I like to see usage in the last 30 days, not just the last 7.

-Triggers has folders, and Automations doesn't.

-Automations doesn't even have a link to go back to the main screen. And for some reason the browser back button doesn't work.

コメントReporting and analytics admin questions

This is annoying. If I just want to schedule for a report to be emailed, why do I have to go through the steps of creating a dashboard? This is extra work and adds extra clutter to have another dashboard created for the sole purpose of scheduling an email.
