I too would like to be able to have both an internal comment AND a public comment. I am seeing this doesn't seem possible from my attempts.

My reason is that I would like the public comment to be seen by the customer and the internal comment to be tips, procedures, or a note that would assist the customer support rep who was working on that specific issue the macro addressed. 

Is there any way to pull this off? 

I would truly like to see a more capable editor for macros. I would like the ability to add color to text, inline images and text alignment (left, right, center) 

I am guessing that the Macro editor is a content block editor, based on that chart on the link you sent me. I am hoping not as I really would like text color and text alignment options for my macro creation.

Oh I always assumed it was built on Wordpress because it is a Wordpress plugin on my site. Good to know though. 

I am creating macros and am in the macro editor screen. Would these options apply to there as well or does it only apply to the article editor?

I am lead on macro creation for my company. I am noticing a complete lack of capabilties for the default editor. I cannot justify text. I cannot change font color, I can not insert images, and this is just the beginning of features I see missing. I would have thought that since ZD is built upon WordPress we'd have a more capable editor. Is there anyway to increase the current editors capabilities? 

I did see old posts from 2020 and 2021 asking about TinyMce but I see nothing current. 

I'd truly love some help with this.
