Hi all, let me add a comment as well to tell that we need a ‘go back one step’ button, as requested by our users after implementing the conversation bot two month ago.

Still no plans to offer a report with overview of articles containing links to other articles or external sites?

Yes that would be great. This could be very useful for creating decision trees, or layers of knowledge where you want the user to first read the main article.
