We get "missed messages" when no one is online. This has happened several times. 

Anybody? 

There is a reoccurring issue going on with your chats on the user side: the user loses chats and is forced to start a new session. 

When the chat ends, the unsent message on the agent side disappears. This creates a very uncomfortable problem for the agent. When the user opens a new chat, you have to write your message all over again. 

I recently had a user lose his chat and come back, like, 10 times! It was very exhausting. I am sure for the user as well.

It doesn't look like support is willing to help, so I hope someone will help me understand what's going on here. And who decided that removing unsent messages after the user leaves the conversation was a good idea...

Your system constantly pulls my surname, I assume from my profiles in our product. Every time I wipe it off, it then shows up again and again. It also pulled my dummy account's surnames. Like I am Jackie Briant in our products's account for screenshots, and it pulled this surname once. And then it continues to fill in my real surname all the time from who knows where. I don't want users to see my surname! 

These improvements are related to online chats

1) sent messages have to have the possibility to be edited or deleted

2) when the user drops the chat, the written content that wasn't sent MUST stay so I could be able to copy and paste it when the same user opens the chat again (it drives you crazy when you write a poem and it disappears suddenly)

3) on the mobile app when you open another agent's chat to view, it's too easy to ACCIDENTALLY join because you do not have a CLEAR button that confirms if you want to join already taken chat! And the user ends up with two agents in chat. And sees all notifications about new joiners. And it's impossible to perform in the desktop version.
