Does anyone know how to multiply 2 custom number fields in a webhook? I'm not able to get it to combine the 2 together.
Something like the below is what I'm trying to do. No clue on how to write this in the webhook though.
"Value":="Field 1"*"Field 2"
Or
“Value”:="Field 1"*"3"

We have a lot of groups that fill out integration user information fields for us. I'm needing to be able to easily trigger these tickets to go to specific groups to handle based upon if there is something there or not. We have limited down the number of our forms for ease of access for our clients so this would be extremely beneficial to be able to automate based upon if they filled out an optional text field. Right now our only option is to go to the main group and have them escalate it up from there.

I'm creating a 4th brand and need it live for some testing for our account but its showing up as a clickable link when password resets are sent out. Is there a way to remove specific brands from these emails?

This is the most asked for update from my support teams. Ours is massively based upon organizations and having this on the pop up screen would help save us some time when adding to the organization without having to go to another tab on the screen.

We have JIRA linked in with our instance and are needing to have the JIRA ticket number on the Problem ticket auto fill in to any linked incident tickets for tracking. Does anyone know of a way to do this? ps. I don't have access to our JIRA instance and have to work strictly in ZD, if its a setting on JIRA I can shoot that group a message to have it enabled. I'm just hitting a wall here.

Does anyone know of a way to link the child incident tickets in Zendesk, to the JIRA ticket number? Our tech group is trying to keep up on how many tickets are coming in to the support center, and currently they are only able to see the main one. Note: they do not have Zendesk access.
Also if anyone knows of a way that we might be able to pull reporting in Zendesk on this by JIRA ticket number that would be helpful as well.

Thanks Brandon. But that's not what I'm needing. I had tried it previously. Needing to specifically limit what shows in the form drop down. Contextual wasn't working in that way for us, we still need to be able to see all ticket form types, just stop them from showing in the drop down that they are able to choose from.
