I am really missing a way to see the URL on the webhook activity/invocations. For example I have webhooks that are updating tickets via the Zendesk API, so my webhook url is defined as https://mysubdomain.zendesk.com/api/v2/tickets/{{ticket.id}}. But when I look at a failed webhook invocation, there is no way that I can see which ticket it was trying to update, because I can't see the url. And on a huge Zendesk account with thousands of tickets created every day, that is a huge pain.

Hi,
We're currently seeing a definite need for the ability to report on webhook executions in Bot conversations.
We should be able to view which endpoints are being called, how frequently, and whether they fail or not, along with the API responses provided in case of success/failure. If we cannot view this information, we have zero visibility of any lapses in service unless we manually inspect every chatbot conversation that has been handed over to an agent, and even if we do that, that does not grant us visibility of the API calls that might have failed in conversations where the chat was not handed over to an agent.
I hope Zendesk will consider providing this type of reporting in the future.

Does the phrase "The generative reply content uses the language applied to the bot." mean that we are unable to use generative AI to support more than one language? Does the function "Automatically translate answer" under the Language settings of a bot not work if you're using generative replies?

I really wish this limit would be increased. It is super hard to fit, for example, an nps scoring template, into 8192 bytes and also leave room for other text/content
