急ぎの問い合わせでしたら、英語で聞いたらいかがでしょうか。 私の場合ですと、日本語の問い合わせで、１～４日の間ぐらいで返事を頂いていますが、英語での問い合わせでしたら、毎回僅か数時間だけでかえってきますね（もちろん、問題内容にもよると思いますが）。 英語でサポートできるスタッフが多いと思いますからね。
