    Thanks Tomas  Do you mean that by removing the checkbox check light agent to-become CCs On Tickets?  I am not sure this is the best solution as i do need to CC light agents from time to time. Howev...

    I have followers enabled. while using @ to add a light agent as a follower it also adds the agent as CC.  I don't get the use case here. Why would i need to use both?  @ should add the name to eith...
