投稿 Feedback - Reporting and analytics (Explore)

My business hours are 09.30 - 18.30 hr. I want to set the formula to show the number of tickets inside-outside business hours on the report.

As I understand currently a product limitation as there isn't a way to account for half an hour.

Please improve this.
