This works great! For anyone having issues, be sure you've changed the aggregator type and removed any existing ticket count metrics that are present.

I needed similar functionality for requested articles so I wrote a guide for the steps I use to achieve this here: Automatically Set a Due Date for Tasks Using Custom Fields - I hope it helps someone out there!

Currently, we can only manage content tags (Managing content tags) or change the applied labels for articles in bulk (Changing article labels in bulk on multiple articles). 

We need the ability to manage labels similarly to the way we can manage content tags in Guide Admin. This would allow us to make changes and delete or add the actual labels without going individually into the articles or using the bulk edit for the articles themselves.

Please consider adding this functionality.

+1 We need this ability. In general, we need more specific features to have mirrored functionality. If it can be done in a macro, it should be be possible to do it in a trigger, or automation, and so on and so forth (without the need to get involved in URL targets, business rules, etc.).
