Feature Request Summary:
Have the ability to setup an automation based on agents and groups
Like:
if an agent is new = assign group X and group Y
or
if an agent is in the default group = assign group X and group Y
Description/Use Cases:
My agents belong to multiple groups.
When a new agent arrives, this person is assigned to the default group.
But I would like each new agent to have also other specific groups assigned. And I would like it to be automated.
Business impact of limitation or missing feature:
This is important for our business as we are growing really fast, onboarding a lot of new people each week. It requires a manual intervention which is error-prone and time-consuming.

I kind of want to automate things like this:
if an agent is new = assign group X and group Y
or
if an agent is in the default group = assign group X and group Y
Has someone be able to automate similar things?

Hi,
I sometimes miss when a ticket is updated to solved by the requester as It disappears from my to-do view.
I'd like to set up a slack notification or an email when a ticket = solved by the requester.
Can you please explain to me how to do it?

Hi, thanks for your reply. I am not sure it will trigger me a Slack notification. Moreover, I will have other open messages.
The Slack integration uses groups to trigger messages. Which can't work just for me. I am currently exploring the Slack webhook.
Please let me know if you have easier ways in mind. Thanks
